Big Water's bigGuard

bigGuard is a maintenance agreement under which Big Water Technologies agrees to perform maintenance services, on specifically defined equipment. Scaleable plans are offered to fit your company's needs. Services may include diagnosing problems, phone support, onsite repairs, spare parts, substitute units, supplementary program equipment, preventive maintenance, and other provisions. bigGuard protects you from the monetary risk associated with maintaining your voice and data equipment over a period of time.

What Do You Get With bigView?

bigGuard "St. Clair" Service contract to cover parts and labor on all scheduled components.

  • 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM coverage, Monday through Friday.
  • All parts to repair and labor included during coverage hours.

bigGuard "Huron" Service for when critical, around the clock service is required.

  • Guaranteed three hour response time on major outages.

The process of obtaining a bigGuard contract is simple! A representative of Big Water Technologies will complete an onsite inventory of your equipment. After a valuation process, you will be offered three choices of bigGuard agreements. After choosing the agreement that best fits your needs and making payment to Big Water Technologies, you have coverage on your equipment. From that point forward, you simply call Big Water Technologies customer service department for any service on covered items and we will promptly handle your service needs without charge, based on the agreement.
